Letter: Build 2nd lane at Kinau off-ramp to ease traffic

Coming into town, traffic often backs up on the H-1 freeway at the Kinau Street exit due to a single exit lane. After a hundred feet or so it widens to two lanes. There looks to be room for a second exit lane. If they do that, everyone that uses the exit would be so much happier.
