Letter: Can’t vote without more information

I just voted — sort of. Unfortunately, I recognized only two names on the ballot; both incumbents (I like neither). Is it my fault that I didn’t know any candidates? Did I miss a forum or a debate? Is choosing a candidate based on how many sign wavers they put on the streets really campaigning?
