Letter: Carbon cashback good for all Hawaii businesses

House Bill 1617 on carbon cashback would incentivize all of Hawaii’s industry to reduce all carbon emissions. For instance, Waikiki Beach Activities (WBA) is a full-service resort beach, pool, lagoon and catamaran activity provider located in Waikiki. WBA has a history of being 99% carbon neutral.
