Your July 21 editorial urging East-West Center funding finds tension with China “due in part to (its) ongoing military aggression against allies” (“East-West Center must prove worth,” Star-Advertiser, Our View). It notes Japan said China “seeks to displace the U.S. as Asia’s foremost military power.”
