Letter: Create parking passes for Kailua residents, workers

Since the implementation of the new no parking rules in Lanikai, we are having a very difficult time finding parking for our construction crews and equipment during business hours. I’ve been roofing here in Kailua for more than 35 years and I’ve never seen it so bad on both ends.
