Letter: Demonstrators should be proud of their movement

On the Fourth of July, I saw on the news a large group of men marching together and carrying the American flag, protesting that they would take America back. I respect their right to assemble and the right to freedom of speech. Perhaps they don’t realize that we all took this land from the Native Americans, the First People.
