Letter: Dems’ DHS motives questionable at best

A Senate bill was introduced last week to withhold congressional pay during the partial government shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security. DHS employees, including airport Transportation Security Administration screeners, work without paychecks while Democrats continued to block passage of DHS pay legislation.
