Letter: Disappointed in dog ban from Ward Village park

I am deeply disappointed in the opening of the Victoria Ward Park, which now bans dogs from entering. Prior to its closure, this park served as a gathering place for our community, where many neighbors and their furry ohana could meet and talk story.
