Letter: Distinct lack of courage in Democrat delegation

In the political paradox of Hawaii, we have Lt. Gov. Sylvia Luke, who had the courage to come forth to say she had forgotten to record donations, and we have Gov. Josh Green and Mayor Rick Blangiardi, who have not shown any courage to stop the rail project that has cost this state billions.
