Letter: E-bike rules must be diligently enforced

What part of the road sign, “Bicycle w/motor prohibited on bike lane,” is not clear? A motor is a mechanical device that moves a vehicle. E-bikes and other types of personal e-transport are motor vehicles. Whether they fuel up with gas or electricity is irrelevant. Whether they go 20 mph or 100 mph is irrelevant.
