Letter: Falls of Clyde succumbs to government failure

Years ago, the neglect of the Falls of Clyde by its then-steward, Bishop Museum, started this disgraceful and pointless downward spiral. No wonder the community lost interest in this historic vessel. The city has ignored preserving its own living history.
