Letter: Feral chickens still an issue at Kapiolani Park

Feral chickens at Kapiolani Park continue to be a problem, and it’s worsening. All of the roosters start crowing promptly at 5 a.m. or earlier, and continue to make a racket all day. Hens dig unsightly and potentially dangerous holes in the ground.
