Letter: Food waste composting for the worms, naturally

Make no mistake: I am glad the city wants to compost household food waste. However, adding food waste to green waste bins for curbside collection is going to fail. Households do not have the right incentives to keep food waste in cold storage for a once-a-week pickup, and residents will not add it loose in green waste bins in their garage or on the curb.
