Letter: Green’s rebukes must be impartial and fair

I respect Gov. Josh Green’s leadership, intellect and dedication to Hawaii. However, I read with interest his remarks criticizing a legislator for “refus(ing) to do the job” and emphasizing that “people should hear” when officials fall short. It was a striking statement for his candor and establishing of precedent.
