Letter: Hawaii Supreme Court wrong to rock the boat

Hawaii Supreme Court Justice Todd Eddins wrote a 91-page majority opinion in State v. Granillo, openly blasting the U.S. Supreme Court majority and declaring that Hawaii would defy its ruling. Eddins has escalated a troubling pattern of institutional resistance.
