Letter: HMSA-HPH partnership appears driven by profit

I have doctors who have taken very good care of me: a general practitioner, a cardiologist, a nephrologist and a gastroenterologist. The article on the HMSA and Hawaii Pacific Health partnership has me concerned (“Lawmakers look into proposed HMSA-HPH alliance,” Star-Advertiser, Jan. 14). How is this reform going to change my health care ?
