A recent letter brought to mind the many, many recent failures of our city and state, and I couldn’t agree with the author more (“Blame Skyline, Kailua roundabout on leaders,” Star-Advertiser, Aug. 26). There is no regard for expense, planning and sound construction, and no one is ever held responsible.
