Letter: ICE has no excuse for ill treatment of suspects

I saw the video of a man in Suffolk, Va., being inhumanely treated by ICE. Fox News covered it up, saying the problem is these people resist, so ICE has to take action. Appropriate action is not kicking and hitting them in the back and ribs. ICE hunts them down, and they already know their history. They know if the person is here legally. If you knew you would be sent to what I call a “concentration camp,” you would resist. ICE is a bullying agency that enjoys torturing innocent people.
