Letter: In-person balloting push a purely political move

Elections Commissioner Ralph Cushnie wants do away with mail-in balloting and go back to the old way of voting. Why would he want that? Maybe because President Trump wants it. This Republican-appointed commissioner hasn’t shown any substantial proof of why mail-in voting should end.
