Hawaii residents are as vulnerable to hurricane threats as they are real estate/business investors such as billionaire philanthropists on Kauai, Hawaii island, Lanai, Oahu and Maui (“Hawaii’s wealthiest respond to historic storm season,” Star-Advertiser, Sept. 24).
