Letter: Israel will stop when Hamas attacks halt

A letter writer assails the U.S. for assisting financially its ally Israel (“U.S. continues to abet Israeli violence in Gaza,” Star-Advertiser, Dec. 8). A claim made is that “thousands of attacks” have occurred since Oct. 7, 2023. The evidence of a connection between U.S. money and Israeli battle plans is not provided, nor is the question of U.N. money and assistance to Hamas raised.
