Letter: Juvenile behavior not becoming of neighbor

I had a discussion with a neighbor recently. He was mad because someone doesn’t pick up their dog poop from his yard, so he kicks it into the street. What’s more rude: not taking a moment to pick up a pile of poop and putting it into your trash, or kicking it into the street so pedestrians can step in it?
