Letter: Keep chickens on dinner plates, off public streets

A recent letter writer asked Kokua Line whether there was a humane way to rid her neighborhood of a crowing rooster (“Wild rooster ruins sleep of Palolo neighbors,” Star-Advertiser, April 12). Christine Donnelly gave a very complete response, but tread lightly on a potential solution.
