Letter: Keep isles healthy, stop opening new vape shops

Whenever I see a newly opened tobacco or vape shop, I feel sad. Do we really need more establishments providing these types of products? While e-cigarettes avoid the tar and carbon monoxide of traditional cigarettes, they still use highly addictive nicotine. Being less harmful does not equal safe.
