Letter: Knock down Natatorium wall, make usable pool

Can the city break down the sea-facing wall of the Natatorium and extend the structure further out into the ocean to create a large tidal pool for people to swim in? The sea-facing wall could be a breakwater like the one on the Ewa side of the Waikiki groin. The design could circulate and drain the pool water to keep it from stagnating.
