Letter: Let responsible police do job that ICE has fumbled

The taxpayer money that ICE has received should be given to local and state police. If the police had those funds, they could do a far better job ferreting out immigrants living in the U.S. illegally, because they are more organized, more efficient and are required to follow the law.
