Letter: Mark ‘return to sender’ on nonresident ballots

Like many Hawaii families, my heart breaks over how many of our adult children are priced out of paradise. They move to the mainland to build their futures and register to vote there, yet year after year, their mail-in ballots still show up at their Hawaii family’s residence.
