Letter: More road safety lessons for pedestrians, bicyclists

A recent editorial rightly says traffic deaths must stop (“Rampant traffic deaths must stop,” Star-Advertiser, Our View, Sept. 15). It references legislation for helmets and electric bikes. How about a rule that prevents anyone with just a driver’s license from hopping on a motor scooter without training?
