Letter: Nixing library security is a dangerous decision

I am a frequent patron of the Aina Haina Public Library and I am concerned about the decision that the security guard at our branch is no longer needed. This is despite a recent altercation in the library involving two adult males, which required the library’s security guard to intervene and the police to be called.
