Letter: No more automated call systems at health hubs

It’s infuriating enough to try to get through to providers at Hawaii medical centers like Queen’s and Straub. Phone calls are often put on hold for 30-60 minutes and callbacks can take days. But when voice greetings waste callers’ time with messages about updated menu options or high call volumes, that just adds insult to injury.
