Letter: Poorly run government gives no hope for future

All candidates’ empty rhetoric, especially by the most lavishly funded, continues the dearth of political integrity and quality offered to Hawaii’s citizens. To wit, the absence of any discussion over the causes of our severe living and business costs, and pathetic economic diversification and growth amid government corruption, tells it all.
