Letter: Put Skyline-like effort toward pothole patches

Potholes in Hawaii need to be given the same priority as Skyline. Some form of mass transit rail has been planned for Honolulu since at least 1968, and Skyline only began construction in 2011. Skyline has been in operation for less than three years, with the initial portion completed in 2023.
