Letter: Quality show needed to reduce firework demand

Congratulations to Gov. Josh Green and the Honolulu Police Department for cracking down on illegal fireworks this year (“Police will use drones and issue no warnings,” Star-Advertiser, July 4). It was the quietest Fourth of July in Waikiki since I moved into town three decades ago.
