Letter: Red Hill meetings must acknowledge trauma

The Red Hill Community Representation Initiative (CRI), a committee elected by the community, has asked the Navy and the Environmental Protection Agency numerous times for a facilitator who is trauma-informed and thus can facilitate trauma-informed public meetings between the Navy, EPA and CRI. These meetings cover issues raised during the closing and remediation of the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility following the horrendous event that brought jet fuel into the drinking water of military and civilian families.
