Letter: School closures must match emergency

Here we go again. Gov. Josh Green ordered every public school on Oahu closed for weather for the sixth time this year: Feb. 9, March 13, March 20, April 10, Aug. 17 and Sept. 8. One date, March 20, fell during spring break, but the entire system was nevertheless shut down.
