Today, separation of church and state means that religion should keep its influence off everything in the governmental arena. However, I believe our Founding Fathers would have said that this idea is totally ridiculous. Our Founding Fathers were Bible readers, church attenders and some believed that the Bible should be the main textbook in public education, and that the Bible needs to be influential in our thoughts and actions.
