Letter: Shady elected officials are finally scrutinized

I was very pleased to see the reassuring headline, “Waters not eligible to seek 3rd Council term, judge rules” (Star-Advertiser, July 28). Rare are pleasing headlines these days; plenty of unpleasant ones.
