Letter: Socialism will never overcome human nature

A recent letter stated capitalism “as an economic system has a dismal track record” and “socialism seems to work best” (“Socialist movement will move society forward,” Star-Advertiser, Aug. 5). Every generation rediscovers socialism and every generation has to relearn why it doesn’t work.
