Letter: Spearfishing inhumane, should banned in Hawaii

This may not be a popular topic, but it is to my disbelief that spearfishing is still legal in Hawaii. With the huge environmental concerns about our oceans, and the obvious depletion of marine life over the past several decades, spearfishing is an inhumane, archaic, violent attack on our sea life.
