Letter: Start school later to ease air conditioning woes

Once again, as happens every year, there are discussions and complaints about public school classrooms with no air conditioning (“Millions spent with no reliable plan, audit shows,” Star-Advertiser, Aug. 26). I think we can all agree that nobody — not teachers or students — can thrive and learn in overheated environments.
