Letter: Stop allowing ultra rich to drive up property cost

Larry Ellison is currently the third-richest person in the world, and Mark Zuckerberg is not far behind. The two of them own extensive portfolios of Hawaii real estate. When the average household in Hawaii can barely afford one small residential property, is it fair to allow the super rich to buy up so much land? No question they are inflating our real estate values and putting home ownership further out of the reach of ordinary folk.
