Letter: Tourists take undue toll on Hawaii water resources

Lately, the Honolulu Board of Water Supply has vigorously pushed the need to conserve water. At a recent informational seminar at Windward Mall, a representative from BWS stated that our rainfall this past year was 20% less than of our yearly average. Now, BWS is requesting a 10-20% voluntary water use reduction. But my question to the powers that be: Where are the tourists in this?
