Letter: Transportation messages need to be more helpful

The state Department of Transportation has given up on sending us safe driving information. Instead of useful information that might prevent additional traffic fatalities in 2025, we get an electronic sign message that reads, “’Nuff already, no make any kine when you drive.” This appears near the off-ramp for Tripler Hospital.
