Letter: Undeliverable letter is returned 15 years later

The U.S. Postal Service has just reached, in my opinion, a new low in service. I received a letter with a yellow sticker indicating, “Return to sender, not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward.” The sticker was dated Sept. 13. The problem lies in the fact that the original letter was postmarked Feb. 28, 2011. Yes, it took over 15 years to determine the letter was undeliverable. Absolutely amazing.
