Letter: Vietnam-era Army nurse deserving of kudos

The obituary tribute to Army nurse Diane Carlson Evans, who spearheaded a memorial to all the nurses who served in the Vietnam War, is well deserved (“Army nurse led campaign for Vietnam women’s memorial,” Star-Advertiser, June 7).
