Letter: Vote out incumbents to effect political change

Next week we can start mailing in our ballots, so I ask the people of Hawaii if they are happy with how the cost of living and services provided by the city and state are being handled by our present elected officials. If they are not, don’t vote for the incumbents, because you will only get the same result.
