Letter: Work, study from home to maximize productivity

Every day thousands of students, parents and workers sit in traffic to get to town in the morning. Incentivizing Wi-Fi and devices that people can use to work from home can help decrease this traffic. Schools and companies can provide computers, iPads, etc., to their students and employees to be able to work from home part-time or even full-time throughout the year, saving up to three hours every day.
