Tristen Pakele-Picanco, 19, was charged today by the Honolulu Prosecutor with attempted assault in the first degree for his alleged role in the May 30 assault of a 23-year-old man and 15-year-old boy at Waialee Beach that sent them to the hospital with broken bones and concussions.
