A 26-year-old man was arrested for allegedly shooting at four people, including a seven-month-old baby.
It happened at an apartment building on Neal Avenue Thursday night at around 5:40 p.m.
Police say the suspect confronted four of the victims and started yelling at them.
The suspect then retrieved a handgun from his car and starts shooting at a victim.
The suspect ran to a nearby shopping center where officers detained him.
The handgun was recovered.
No one was injured.
Police say the suspect was arrested for attempted murder and reckless endangering.
