Man pleads guilty to using ghost gun while selling meth

The 38-year-old man who received $12.5 million from the city following injuries he suffered in a 2021 police pursuit pleaded guilty Wednesday to federal charges that he used a ghost gun while selling methamphetamine in Waianae.
